Crucifiction of Jesus

A new type of Love

"A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another." John 13:34-35

This is not the first time Jesus teaches love, however; this is a new teaching of love. Jesus refers to loving people the way that he loved his disciples. This is the way a father loves his son. The way God, the father loves us. The way Jesus loves his disciples is the way that the disciples should love others. This is the true vision of Jesus' mission, to share the love of God with people. People will know that we are Disciples of Christ by sharing his love. This is the true meaning of Easter, God's love, Jesus, given as a gift so that he could conquer death and we could have eternal life.

The baptism of Jesus Christ
Baptism of Jesus

THE VOICE OF ONE CRYING IN THE WILDERNESS, 'MAKE READY THE WAY OF THE LORD, MAKE HIS PATHS STRAIGHT.'" John the Baptist appeared in the wilderness preaching a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins. And all the country of Judea was going out to him, and all the people of Jerusalem; and they were being baptized by him in the Jordan River, confessing their sins. Then Jesus came to him to be baptized and he baptized him and straightway coming up out of the water, he saw the heavens opened, and the Spirit like a dove descending upon him. And there came a voice from heaven, saying, Thou art my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. Mark 1:3-

The Second Coming of Jesus Christ
Prepare for his Second Coming
Revelation:22:7: And Jesus said behold, I come quickly, blessed is he that keepeth the saying of the propheth of this book, 12. and my reward is with me, to give to every man according as his work shall be. 14. Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
Joel: 2:1: Blow ye the trumpet in Zion and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the Lord cometh, for it is near.
Joel: 2:2: A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness as of the morning spread upon the mountainns.
Exodus: 19:9: And the lord said to Moses, "behold, I am coming to you in the thick cloud, that the people may hear when I speak with you, and may also believe you forever".
Micah:1:2: Hear, you people, all of you; Pay attention, O earth, and all that is in it, and let the Lord God be a witness against you, the Lord from his holy temple.
The Annunciation - Mary Is Pregnant (Jesus is the reason for Christmas)

Luke: 7:18   John the Baptist was the most radical prophet in his day, was in prison, isolated and abandon then was overcome by spirits of fear and dough, send two of his disciples to Jesus asking him: “Are you really the one to come or should we look for another”.

This is the same John in the Jordan river saw Jesus coming towards him and had divine revelation, this is the one who is to come.

Mathew: 3:14 John said to Jesus, I need to be baptize by you, and you coming to me? Jesus answered, let it be so.

Luke: 7:22  Jesus said to John’s disciples, Go back and tell John what you have seen and heard, the blinds see, the lambed walk, the lepers are cleans, the death hears, the dead have risen, the poor have been preach to.

My interpretation of this verse: John you judge for yourself, I have done what is really important, the work of whom has sent me, your season has come, now is my season to proclaim the works of my father.

Luke: 7:24    After John disciples left, Jesus continued speaking to the crowd concerning John giving John the Baptist the prophet his due respect.

Luke: 7:27-28  This is he of whom it is written, behold I send my messenger before you, who will prepare the way before you.  I tell you among those born of women, none is greater than John.  Yet the one who is least in the kingdom of God is greater than he.
